Hidden Cave Peach Bellini

Ingredients:

• Jumex Peach Nectar

• Hidden Cave Lemongrass Lavender Hard Cider

1. Fill champagne flute ¾ full with Lemongrass Lavender hard cider.

2. Top with Peach Nectar

3. Enjoy!

Hidden Cave Paloma

Ingredients:

• Grapefruit

• Lime

• Hidden Cave Hibiscus Juniper Hard Cider

• Simple Syrup

• Sugar

• Salt

1. Fill shaker ½ way up with ice

2. Squeeze in ½ lime and ½ grapefruit

3. Add ½ oz simple syrup

4. Add 1 ½ oz tequila

5. Shake

6. Run lime wedge around rim of large glass

7. Invert the glass onto sugar and salt to coat rim

8. Fill the glass with ice

9. Strain and pour in mixture from shaker

10. Top with Hibiscus Juniper Hard Cider

11. Garnish with lime wedge or grapefruit wedge

12. Enjoy!
