Hibiscus Juniper Rum Punch
Yield: Two Cocktails
Ingredients:
4 tbsp ginger (~2 inches)
3 whole cloves
1 bottle Hibiscus Juniper Hard Cider
2oz rum
2oz cranberry juice cocktail
2.5 oz simple syrup
4 orange slices
Recipe:
1. Peel and finely chop ginger
2. In a small saucepan bring 4oz of hard cider to a boil
3. Turn off heat then add ginger and clove. Steep for 5min
4. Strain and split mixture between two 16oz glasses (~1.5oz per glass)
5. In each glass:
a. Add 1 slice of orange then muddle
b. Fill glass with ice
c. Add 1oz rum, 1oz cranberry juice, and 1.25oz simple syrup
d. Top with Hibiscus Juniper Hard Cider then stir
e. Garnish with orange slice.
