Walker is always working on a new batch of cider. On the weekends you may catch him working the tasting room or maybe walking his dog, Annie, at the Pheasant Branch Conservancy. His favorite hard cider is our yet to be released "Umami".

Joe is a vital team member at Hidden Cave. You may see him working in the tasting room or maybe helping us with construction projects on our instagram story. He is a great listener who's always down for a good chat. His favorite cider varies, but it is currently our freshest batch of Hibiscus Juniper.
